VILLA KENNEDY
The VILLA KENNEDY senior citizens' residence opened in Berlin Zehlendorf in 2023. This modern residence with 97 flats for people in need of care is in a quiet location in the beautiful south-west of Berlin, within walking distance of the centre of Zehlendorf.
VILLA KENNEDY offers its residents the highest possible quality of life through sensitive round-the-clock care and qualified support from trained specialist staff.
VILLA KENNEDY offers its senior citizens both comfort and a sense of security. Lovingly designed, high-quality living and recreation areas are complemented by garden areas with mature trees and a spacious terrace, providing many opportunities to spend time in the villa's sheltered outdoor area.
As in the VILLA CLAY in Berlin Dahlem, care in the VILLA KENNEDY is guaranteed by the experience of a successfully run family business that has been personally looking after and caring for senior citizens for over 50 years and continues to do so to this day.
CLUB KENNEDY
On the ground floor of the residence there is a generously designed day care centre, the CLUB KENNEDY. This day care centre is operated by AYANO ambulante Pflege GmbH, which has been successfully caring for senior citizens for over 10 years.
The CLUB KENNEDY is the place for daily encounters, visits and parties, which our residents can celebrate here together with their friends and relatives. Regular events are also held here to round off the day, such as concerts, readings and film evenings.
Nursing services and care are provided here on an outpatient basis. Unlike in fully inpatient facilities, services are determined by the residents themselves and agreed individually. We will be happy to advise you.
OUR FLATS
The flats are our residents' private retreat. All 97 flats are equipped with a barrier-free bathroom, their own kitchen, a 24-hour emergency call and a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden. They can be furnished with personalised furniture according to your wishes.
In addition to the private flats, there are cosy living rooms and eat-in kitchens and modern communal areas on all levels of the residence.
